I dislike the night because of the loneliness and darkness it brings, 
          Yet, I love the nights because I'm alone, drowning in my thoughts,
          in the darkness of my soul
          I dislike it because it seems alone even with moon and stars,
          Yet I love it because it reminds me of myself

My younger brother told me today that I raised him good with good values and he said I am a good parent to him, I don't know how to process this, but then I just replied that he doesn't have to do anything for me except being happy and with me for me. I'm so happy.

Is parent's love conditional or unconditional?? We say it is unconditional but why they expect us to be perfect in everything? If they love us unconditionally, then why the taunts and pressure of not being academically good according to their expectations? Do they understand what kind of things a child goes through at the moment feeling like a disappointment.....
          
          I think it is the time when children need their parents love and support to move forward and become the best version of themselves, not some taunts.
