            the fighter found that admitting he needed help was difficult at times. this time was no different.   "nah! i'll be fine." he forced a pained smile and struggled to his feet. 
            elliot only looked mildly dishevelled, but he could have sworn he was heavily bruised beneath his light armour and clothing. 
             "maybe i've cracked a rib or two."  he joked lightheartedly.
