I'm new- so I'll start with the basics, shall I? Okay.
- My name is Emma
- I'm 14
- I'm British
- I love writing
- English is one of my favourite subjects- other than drama.
- I love history
- Music is my passion- other than writing.
My whole life, I've loved to write. Whether it's books, short stories, poetry, or plays (which I am currently writing at the moment).
I'm a singer and I play the guitar. When I was around 5, I was bullied. I was the odd one out. So often I would hide in my own little corner at playtime, sometimes crying. And I'd sing.
At that point, I didn't know any songs, and I didn't even know what music was. I just sang, anything.
I sang random lyrics and random tunes. And they calmed me down and cheered me up.
One day I sat in the bathroom, crying, and then I started singing. When I came out, one of the learning support teachers immediately popped a gold star on my chest, smiling at me.
I never forgot the exact words she said to me:
"That was beautiful... You sing so beautifully."
After that I sang all the time- nowadays people STILL don't see me NOT singing.
As for writing- that came in later, about two years ago, with preparation for exams where we had to write creative short stories.
Now I'm gonna shut up with the boring stuff:
BUCKET LIST.
1) Meet one direction
2) Drink alcohol
3) Convince my mother to quit smoking
4) beat my brother in a fight
5) Score a hatrick in hockey
6) Get 1000 reads on one of my pieces
7) Write a song.
8) Do something rebellious (good girl right here)
9) Slap my worst enemy so hard I give her a black eye and she never messes with me again.
10) Go to hawaii
11) Go to Australia and New Zealand.

The room is cold. The grey walls get closer and closer around me, suffocating me, starving my lungs of precio...

This is just everything that's gone through my head at one point or another. This is my release from reality.
