“When you get back to the cave, walk across their spite and death threats. Let them know your cause and make them feel sorry, for you are what they have done to you.”

Have you read Philo and Other Poems yet?

"Nestled in homes, the hilltop neighborhood overlooks the valley, the dark blue sky dazing the scene, holding the horizon in its vast embrace.
The vast embrace of the night is upon us—its rejuvenating cold carried on a blowing breeze. The dogs roam like guards, following scents in the flowing swishes.
A final chair on the pavement, cement bathed in light, tracing the freezing patches of air amidst the chilling shades.
Beneath open skies, stars float and flicker, soaking in radiant energy. I found the magick in nature—and never let it go."

-excerpt of Starlight, from Philo and Other Poems

Wow! Philo and Other Poems rework is now live! I am so grateful for everyone’s support while I reworked an older collection. I hope you’ll find love on this journey through existentialism in our materialistic society. Connect with nature and nestle into yourself and those that you love. I am so thankful because Philo is a #1 New Release in LGBTQ+ Poetry on Amazon Kindle and Amazon Books and currently sitting at #6 overall in LGBTQ+ Poetry !!! I am ecstatic that you have found hope and healing in these words. Love, poem IX, is an astounding message to the man I love and I am so happy to share this with all of you. Always be true to your love

Okay, I am done editing Philo and Other Poems. Like Saint Nick I have checked it twice (in reality like fifteen times). This collection was published years ago and I wanted to update it as I have learned from many mistakes. If you would like to check it out as I format the manuscript for Amazon and my ebook sellers, please do so! I hope to have the newest version available within a few weeks on Amazon and more so that my older version is replaced.

@novelistASH Thank you!! Yes, it is tiresome! Bittersweet editing because I love to revisit these older pieces, but the actual tiny mistakes take so much of my mind. Hahaha!

Once this is done, I want to start working on my short novel again! Hopefully, I can release some in the coming months! However, I'm still figuring it out because I want to submit it to traditional publishers. So perhaps there will be new poetry sooner instead :)

@nicholaskyleedwards Congratulations! I know how tedious that process can be.

When can we expect to see new works?

 Quick Update!

Hey everyone! It was recently pointed out that my bio and website weren’t showing up for everyone. I believe I’ve fixed it now, so if you get a chance, could you check and see if it’s there? It should be a simple bio along with a link to my website: nicholaskyleedwards.com.

Thanks so much, and happy reading & writing! ✨
