I've been considering quitting Wattpad. My stories used to receive a lot more reads and feedback, I'm beginning to think that maybe my stories are not as great as they were when I began writing. What do you guys think?

Hi there. :) I know I haven't read any of your stories in a while, but I can assure you that it isn't because your stories aren't good enough. It's just because I don't have the time to read them right now with my exams and such, and I'm sure it's the same for other people.
            
            I know you're a little frustrated because I remember the high response your stories used to receive, but the depreciation in votes and comments isn't because your story is no longer worth it. It's just because you were inactive for a while, but now you have a chance to publicise your story once more.
            
            Many people are currently having the same problem as you, and there are many guides and forums on Wattpad that give advice on how to get your story 'out there' with the rest to increase its publicity on Wattpad. :)

            I did have a good forum that you'd find useful, but I don't have the link (I've asked someone for the link) so I'll send you it later.
            
            Basically, the biggest way to promote your story is by telling people about it nicely, unless they specifically say on their profiles that they do not accept reading requests. By interacting more with people on Wattpad you'll soon find that people might actually start checking out your profile on their own accord, so try and do that too.
            
            My point is, don't give up when I can clearly see that you're brimming with writing talent! Publicising your book is hard, but in the end it's worth it.
            
            @SallySlater is one person you should go to who will reply to your message and give very good advice on pretty much anything (she's a genius like that). :)
