While I didn't have a chance to read as much as I would have liked to before the book club deadline (life has gotten a little hectic lately), I did enjoy what I was able to read. This story was so wholesome, with a hint of an ominous edge. I enjoyed walking alongside Anna as she experienced a big transition in her life, reaching for a happier future while revisiting parts of her past. All the while, dodging the sporadic and methodical attacks from an ever-present lingering miscreant. Overall, an enjoyable read.

So, I was unfamiliar with The Royal Romance, but that didn't hinder my ability to keep up with the story. The author gave enough backstory to keep me in the loop and it wasn't overwhelming at all. It was very well done! I truly enjoyed this slow-burn acquaintances to friends to soul mates story! The timing of their budding feelings was so realistic and the text features made it feel like I got an exclusive, inside look into their personal conversations! Overall, it was such a sweet and fun read! I loved watching Maxwell & Jen's bond bloom! ❤️ @certainlittlesmile

I've just finished reading the six chapters that were available and I have to say that I was DEVASTATED that there weren't more published yet. This author has an incredible talent for writing. Each sentence felt like poetry, painting beautiful sceneries and scenarios with masterful ability. Each chapter ended in such a way that left me practically clawing at the phone screen, desperate to see what would happen next. This story is intriguing, mysterious, and romantic without feeling the slightest bit cliché. It's anything but predictable which is quite a fete in this age of storytelling when it seems as though every story has been told in one form or another. I look forward to more updates from this author and fully encourage everyone to sink themselves into the magical world this storyteller has created. Well done, you! @warp3dreality

I've just finished the 8 chapters that the author has published so far! Honestly, this author is in a league of their own. Holy moly. It felt as though I were reading a highly esteemed novel that I had paid good money for at a high-end book store. This author is quite the wordsmith, crafting sentences and paragraphs full of descriptions that easily transported my mind to another world; one of magic, mystery, giants, and talking animals. All things that could easily be read as cheesy if done poorly, but was believable because of the author's literary proficiency. I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to be introduced to this authors work and I look forward to reading more when it becomes available. A must-read, indeed. @ipowens
