I have been reading your book the unwanted marriage it was really good but I didn't like the part where he hits her and after that she accepts him also I read somewhere don't know if its true but you can't marry the same person once u divorce them I really dont know if its true or not so plaese let me know and although he did that unintentionally it was not at all justified It's just my opinion not trynna be rude

@a_daydreamr Hi dear In Islam, a husband is allowed to divorce (give Talaq to) his wife. If he gives one or two Talaqs, they are considered revocable, meaning the couple can reconcile during the waiting period (iddah) or remarry even after the iddah ends, with a new nikah. However, if the husband pronounces Talaq three times (whether at once or separately over time), it becomes an irrevocable divorce (Talaq al-Mughallazah). After this, the couple cannot remarry unless a specific condition is met. To remarry her first husband after three Talaqs, the woman must: 1. Marry another man in a valid nikah (not a temporary or fake marriage). 2. Live with him as husband and wife, with genuine marital relations (consummation of marriage). 3. If this second husband divorces her willingly or dies, and her iddah ends, only then is she permitted to remarry her first husband with a new nikah. So in my story Zayd had given Amina one Talaq—not out of anger or hatred, but out of respect. She wanted to leave, and he didn’t want to force her to stay in a marriage she no longer felt peace in. Though his heart protested, he honoured her request, placing her happiness above his own. But since it was only a single revocable divorce, they could remarry again.
