alrighty so wattpad is yet to respond to my appeal ab getting 'the teacher's pet' back onto my page, and sorry to say, i feel like i won't be able to get the story back at all.
i actually don't know if either some people reported it or i genuinely had back luck with the explicit content in my book or what, but it's whatever atp.
ive spent a lot of my effort cramming time to write these stories on my profile, leading to stress on my behalf and a not a lot of time dedicated to actually understanding what im learning. i started writing as a means to pass the time, but now that i have an audience to read what i write, and now this issue, i'm starting to feel pressured to upload rather than carefree.
i understand that i've taken a lot of breaks whilst working on 'the teacher's pet,' but to see how easily it could get taken down has kinda psyched me out enough for me lose the will to continue 'the teacher's regret.' and in a broader note, it's kinda unfair if you compare my explicit content to other books on this platform.
now this isn't me saying i won't revisit this narrative and continue, but this is me saying that i'll be going on a hiatus for however long need be.
i'm absolutely grateful for the lot of you and youse's engagement with my stories; it brings me joy that i'm able to create something that other people look so eagerly to read. i hope youse look forward to the day i come back and continue 'the teacher's regret' as much as i do, and when i do, i will write to each of everyone's standards and keep in mind the feedback and assumptions youse leave me.
ill take this time off to actually focus on my studies and relieve this weight upon my shoulders, but until i can carry that weight, 'the teacher's regret' will unfortunately have to be put on pause.
