how do people write so much in a day hello… my motivation only comes alive at night how do i fix this

so like how bad would it be if i started a new book… it would be an original but i know i need to write for so american but i have NO idea how to make amelia and lando interact without making it way too awkward… also feel like im making them move too fast i might rewrite the recent chapter so that they meet later idk!
