If you're on the ground, get up and if you fall again, then rise, again and again. 

If you're at the bottom, lift your head up and if you see nobody then don't wait and claw your way out of this hell because no one's gonna help you. 

If you walk alone then continue until someone joins you.

If you're being beaten on floor then get up and fight back. 

Fight because life isn't easy. Fight for the people who love you and even if there is only one person, fight for them. 

Fight because life is a gift. 

You may think life is only storms and hurricanes, don't forget that any little moment of sunshine is precious and you must enjoy them while they're here.
