A VENT(LMK WHAT TO DO): I’m chronically ill as it’s very much known. I do dialysis three times a week and my family wants me to help babysit on the days I don’t have dialysis because in their eyes ‘I’m not tired,’ but I am tired EVERY FREAKING DAY. The last time I babysat a day before dialysis and then went to dialysis I came out with a terrible migraine.
I wish my family could understand that I can’t help. I am tiredddddddddd!
u need to set boundaries bb!! or if it’s not something you can move around with babysitting, maybe lower the hours u are so u can still get ur rest and time. im always here if u want to talk <3
