woah long time no see!
first, i cannot believe it's been 6 years since i wrote oakland! that is insane, i never would have thought it would get past 10 reads. i am sorry i left anyone who was reading big shot hanging, im pretty sure covid happened and it got lost in the midst of chaos.
i recently reread oakland and was filled with cringe and a slight bit of "hey this isn't that bad." i was freshly 16 when i wrote isaiah and amours story so i can't hate on it too much, but
i always got waves of inspiration over the past few years and now i think it's time for a rewrite.
i personally feel like the story is a bit all over the place. i got my inspiration from other authors and tv shows and just put whatever trope i enjoyed at the moment in there lmao. it's a good base though, so just be prepared to possibly see a updated version in 2026.

(i graduated college and have a actual job now which is crazy, but this has been on my mind for a while so i will be finding the time to revamp oakland and finish big shot)
