          As for the next chapter, I’m almost done with it! Once I finish and edit everything, I’m hoping to post it on Monday or Tuesday. I’ll try my best to get it out earlier, but as always, I’d rather take a little extra time and feel confident about the chapter I’m sharing than rush it.

          Sorry for the long wait. I was away for a week celebrating my birthday, and then I had some personal things to deal with, so I needed a little time to focus on myself. Everything is okay now!
          
          I also really don’t want to rush this story. I did that with some of the earlier chapters, and there are definitely parts I wish I could rewrite, so I’d rather take my time and give you chapters I’m actually happy with.
          
          I’ve been thinking about making a separate aesthetic chapter for the characters, especially Caelen and Clarice, so you can picture them the way I do. We’ll see >.>

Hey everyone, 
          
          Just a little update from me. Unfortunately, I’m going through some personal things right now, and it’s been affecting my ability to write. I’ve tried to work on the story over the past few days, but my mind is completely blocked because I’m honestly just really stressed with everything going on.
          
          Because of that, there will most likely be no updates for the rest of July. I’m hoping to be back in early August, or sooner if things settle down, but I don’t want to promise anything I can’t keep.
          
          Please don’t worry though. I’m not abandoning this story, and I truly don’t think I ever will. I just need a little time to get through what’s happening in my personal life and get back into the right headspace to write.

Hey everyone! 
          
          Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I’ve been away on a one week trip and also celebrating my birthday, so writing had to take a little break.
          
          I’m back now, but I have one important exam on Wednesday, so I’ll be spending the next couple of days studying for that. Fingers crossed I pass, because after that I can finally stop stressing over exams and get back to focusing on writing.
          
          Either way, I’ll be starting the next chapter this coming weekend, and I’m really excited to dive back into the story.
