          I’ve taken The Thread Between Us offline for a little while to do a major revamp.
          
          - Prologue, Chapter 1 & Chapter 2 have been fully rewritten
          - Chapter 3 received heavy edits for consistency
          
          If you’ve read the story before, I recommend revisiting those early chapters so you won’t miss any important details moving forward.

Hey everyone,
          
          Just a heads-up: there will be no new updates to the story this week, as I will be doing a major revamp of the prologue and Chapters 1-3.
          
          The reason for this is that these early sections were originally posted as rough drafts with almost no editing, and they contain numerous plot holes and contradictions. For example, it doesn't make sense that Clarice was spared while her brother (the heir) was not.
          
          I would rather do this now and not wait until the story is completed. To be honest, these chapters are the bane of my existence, and I don't like them at all. Their quality is affecting my motivation to keep writing. I know I can do better, and I want to make sure that is reflected at the beginning of the story, not just in the later chapters.
          I will be working on a more believable storyline and adding new details that will be useful later on. I'll let you know when the update is complete so there's no confusion as the story progresses.
