Hello, I'm James! It's an incredible privilege to be a member of the Wattpad community. 
       After twenty five enriching years in Silicon Valley, I couldn't have imagined finding my voice as an author, but I'm excited about the journey ahead. The word "becoming" resonates deeply with me because I have so many lessons and stories to share.
      Climbing the corporate tech ladder at companies like Apple and later Pixar was a thrilling adventure, yet it led me to face some tough challenges. I found myself homeless and confronting addiction, a battle I initially tried to ignore-until it became impossible to do so.

I'm currently writing my first book, "The Fall: Pixar to Prison, One Addict's Journey." 

This memoir offers an honest and heartfelt exploration of my lifelong struggle with addiction, shedding light on the profound impact it has on the addict and their loved ones. My hope is to demonstrate that, sometimes, the pain of staying stuck is greater than the discomfort of asking for help. If my story can resonate with even one person, that will truly mean the world to me. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
