Please take the time to read this. it is an amazing way to help you if you self-harm. It has worked for me and many others!
          1)Draw a butterfly where you self-harm, and name it either after someone you love or someone who wants you to get better. 
          2) Do NOT wash it off. It has to fade away on its own.
          3) If you self-harm with the butterfly on, It dies. If you stay clean, It lives.
          4) you can do this if you self-harm or even if you don't and you just want to show support!
