To all the Wattpaders who are about to start migrating to Ao3 bc WP decided to finally jump off the deep end into puritanical conservativism, y’all have to remember that Ao3 was basically founded by Wincest (Sam Winchester x Dean Winchester, fully biological brothers from Supernatural btw for those who don’t know) shippers who were tired of censorship policies like this. 
          
          You are going to encounter some terrible shit and there will be very little you can do but just ignore it and move on. The whole point of the site is to be anti-censorship and NO there will most likely never be an app. Pay attention to tags and warnings/ratings. And for the love of god if you’re going to write USE TAGS CORRECTLY. There is no algorithm or system to game other than tagging correctly. 
          
          It is not a social media platform it is an ARCHIVE. Do not take to the internet and your MB’s complaining about how depraved Ao3 is. The users know. It’s what it was made for. 
          
          Anyways, good luck, have fun, and if you don’t like it DON’T READ IT!! (Some of you should learn how to do that on here too…)
