See if that was the reason they unadded the DMs I'd respect it, but nah, they just did it because "only" 40% of their users made use of them and they got "complaints" about it instead of doing anything else about it :sob: Like I understand your point, I just highly doubt that the wp devs removed it because of that - which is honestly just an a*shole move from the people running this platform (sigh), as much as I wished they actually gave two dangs about their users

            I’m actually very glad they did not add back DM’s bc it was rampant with grooming and bullying that was hard to prove. There were also issues with people posting private conversations in stories and what not. I’ve always had a slight bais in favor the social as it showing peoples activity made weeding out secret as*holes a lot easier. I will always have a slight sore spot with they way they they went about removing DM’s as I did lose a lot of good RP’s but in the end I was more thankful than anything bc so many people I knew were getting harassed and l leaving the app entirely bc WP refuses to improve its reporting system or take anyone seriously.

            Yeah, I definitely agree there. Atm it’s more like they gave us the “landlord special” with a coat of nostalgia bait. I like having it back, but I would feel far more appreciative if they’d waited until other bugs were fixed/issues. Instead, they’re giving us a feature that they aren’t even adding/restoring in full, but instead bits and pieces. and it seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. Most of what I’ve seen are people just being upset with the just feed but not mentioning the other things that are actively breaking everyday. 

I wish we got more of Rhaena and Baela. I love them so much.

@psxchopomp- Agreed, they should really fix some bugs and glitches in their app before coming up with new updates because really it's just getting really irritating having the app have bugs when trying to update something.

@mckingjayz _ GENUINELY- as happy as I am to have the social feed back bc it actually makes TBIS feel like a community centered app again, they could at least fix some well-know bugs before adding a whole new feature that will (undoubtedly) come with new bugs and necessary fixes 

@psxchopomp- WP really loves to fuck up our moods and glitch. Fixing, updating stuff, and not even focusing on the glitches they should fix ☠️
