Hello, sorry to bother you but you’re one of my constant voters and I have a question:
I want Bucky to laugh some time soon, and the question is, should it still be on her birthday (just slips out he doesn’t even notice it) or is that too soon?

I don’t think it would be too soon for him to laugh during her birthday since he has come close to laughing in her presence a few times now. Honestly though, I have enjoyed everything that you have written so far and if you decide to wait until later for him to laugh I would love it either way.
