Here me out: Mal x OC x Ben. Takes place in Descendants 2.
Mal left her "friend" behind on the Isle. OC feels betrayed by the fact that Mal was living a life where she has completely forgotten her, OC becomes friends with Uma. Mal returns to the Isle and searches for OC, but nothing is the same again.
