And I guess that maybe the first step could be learning the fundamentals to drawing bodies and such and then try to see how you would like to draw them - would you like to draw them in a more realistic art style or maybe a more realistic type, but there are amazing tutorials out there, or you could try to inspire by artists out there and see what you like about their art style. I'm not saying to straight up copy it, just like do a small study and see what elements you like as we tend to get inspired by things we like in other artists art stuff and see if it helps you create your own art style. It's a process that takes time and you might not even find one right away ( I know I'm giving my own examples a lot but I'm just trying to explain my personal experience bc not everything works for everyone at the same pace. I've been drawing since I'm 12 and my art style always changes and I haven't been much consistent. But it also depends if you want to like post it out there or only draw for yourself) or you might

Most important is not to give up even if you don't feel 100% satisfied with what you draw, you can always take a small break and then get back to it

I'd say that depending on the type of stuff you want to learn how to draw ( for example realism, or backgrounds, or just learn the basics to drawing bodies and such or colour theory or for example learning how to use a specific art supply ) tutorials on YouTube ( maybe TikTok too, idk i haven't seen too many there ) could help you get started. I'd also say that if you draw everyday it could help you but I think it depends from person to person — for example, I have periods where I'm able to draw everyday but then I just stop feeling able to and art block hits me.
