A universal cleansing, brought on by unforeseen disease and famine, has wiped out almost all of earth's inhabitants and its neighboring planets. Light years away, a sole surviving planet, Ul'a Re, has become the hotspot for survivors in need of food and supplies.
Verity Porta and her brother are part of a group of warriors called the Yai' e, who protect Ul'a Re from ravagers seeking to take what isn't theirs. They live by three words: don't get caught.
