I'm so tired I was just reading over one of my drafts and when I got to the end I went to hit the vote button - tired me is so vain

Hi everyone, this is not the type of update readers like to read, but I'm having to put a pause on updating The Gatekeeper. Sorry! Work is crazy busy! And I just got a promotion whoop whoop! So most of my free time I'll be spending with my little boy. Of course I'll write here and there, but it's not going to be a regular occurrence which I had planned on it being. Thank you for everyone who's read so far!

Looking for Chapter 5. I've been swamped myself but I did read chapter 4 last week, it was good!!

Since it will be *tomorrow* when you read this, I hope you got to sleep in until 7:30 again I want to read your next chapter but I think I'll have to wait till tomorrow with fresh eyes. I will be at my daughters tennis match all day (skipping work). But there will be down time where I can do some reading. :)

I do, deeply. I just went in to check on him before I go to sleep, stood there for a moment like I do every night thinking about how awesome he is! How lucky I am. It's actually 10:30pm here now - how strange - I'm to tired to write anymore, my brain hurts from the constant plot switching! I actually got to lie in till 7:30 this morning so let hope I get a repeat dose of that tomorrow!

@readwriteandrepeat - It is strange indeed!!! Cherish this time... I'm sure you are! Thanks for sharing. Now it's 10:30pm here, do I work on my writing or be lazy and watch TV? I should probably just go to bed and catch up on sleep. With a 1 year old sleep is probably more precious for you these days!!

Crisis averted, sometimes fast approaching deadlines reveals inspiration I've been searching for all week. Chapter 4 of The Gate Keeper: Silence & Fury will be available to view tomorrow.

having a crisis moment - I'm not sure which direction to follow :/

Thanks, I'm sticking with the original plan, which is already wrote a little bit for, so I should have time to finish it today.

@readwriteandrepeat - I hope you found your way. BECAUSE I'm waiting for chapter four!! Just kidding, no pressure, take your time; but hurry up. :)

Seriously though, let me know if you need any help.

Chapter three is up and running. We take a look in to the mind of Trip - that red headed, tweed wearing, faster than your more than average human guy, guy. :p

Tell me about it! For now it was nothing too major that required me to change the first few chapters. I feel posting chapters weekly will help me to actually finish a story, if I waited to complete a project before posting I think I'd never get round to posting.

@readwriteandrepeat - Posting chapters before the entire story is done is challenging sometimes, isn't it? Many times I find that in order to do or say something in a later chapter, it requires something to have happened, or to have been revealed, in an earlier chapter. Don't feel too locked in though, if you need to change something in, say, Chapter 2, to make Chapter 5 work, then do it. If it is a big change, just tell your current readers about it. I've made various tweaks even to Episode One of The Halucitect because of stuff I'm writing about in Episode Two.

I'm so happy you loved it! Hopefully I should be able to post a little earlier than next Wednesday. Fingers crossed. I changed a big part of my plot by introducing the next two characters in chapter four, so I'm just trying to adapt to that.
