Hey guys! I need some serious help rn.
          What is the name of this manga? >_<
          
          I read in before on manga reader, but later deleted the app and now I can't seem to find it anywhere.
          
          It is a shoujo manga and it starts off at a railway crossing where the girl and the boy meet. Then at school we find that they share the same name. (It starts with 't' as I remember.) Then the boy keeps making trips to a hospital.  This is all I remember. I so need to read it....
