* ·˚⸸彡 his expression morphed into a mixture of disappointment and sadness. though, quickly changed back into a smile. it wasn't the first time reiner disregarded his interest or anything really. but marcel figured it was only because he was excited to talk about his day and things that have went well. he didn't mind of course. most of the time.
"yeah, you are good at it. pfft, basically a pro already!" he raised his hand to ruffle up reiner's blonde hair. he was proud of his boyfriend, truly. finally finding something he enjoyed to do and believed he was good at it. he was happy reiner gained a crazy amount of confidence. the first step to finding yourself and something marcel lacked.
" i think i did pretty good too. but there's still room for improvement, heh. no body's perfect." of course marcel actually excelled in that department. same with hand to hand combat. his two strong points. but it never felt that way. no matter how many compliments he received.
