Hey guys, I hope you’re all doing fine. I’m working on a new story and it will be fully published here on Wattpad by the end of this week. 
          
          While it is difficult for objective facts to help others understand what depression is, a story can. 
          
          I wanted to capture how it feels like to be trapped in a place so dark that you forget you’re sitting beside someone who cares about you. This story is the realization of it. You can go ahead and check it out if you want.

After a long month of studying, I’ve finally come back from the dead — jk. 
          
          Thank goodness we have a six-day break before classes resume in November. Aside from finishing some uni-related tasks, I’ll use that time to write. I’ll go through my notifs to see what I missed for now. 
          
          By the way, I recently discovered this beautiful game, Sky: Children of the Light, and I instantly fell in love with it. Maybe you guys would also enjoy it and find it an additional escape when life gets a little too stressful. You could meet other people and make friends — and the whole game revolves around the spirit of giving. No doubt one of the most wholesome games I’ve ever played.

I’m posting this status just to let you know that I’m still alive. 
          
          I wasn’t able to rewrite any of the remaining chapters for The Silver Throne for the past month. I dedicated the past few weeks for myself. I looked up ways for self-improvement and tried to cut back my screen time (a whopping ten-hour daily average). I can say that I’m doing better now than I was back in July.
          
          Classes, however, have started since last week and even though I no longer procrastinate, it’s as if I still have very little time to slash off all the items on my growing to-do list. 
          
          I hope you would be patient with me. I’m really trying my best and hopefully, I could find the time to write and go through my notifs. Stay safe and awesome, everyone!

Seventh of December 2016, I logged out of Wattpad with such finality that I curled myself up in my bed and cried that night — for real because I’m that emotional. 
          
          To be frank, I haven’t written much since then. A bit disappointing, but I’ve grown a lot — in all aspects sans physical growth — during that long hiatus from writing. I got to focus more on academics and, thank God, got accepted in my dream university.
          
          Most of you might think this is irrelevant but I’m proud to tell you all that I’m now in my first year of studying pharmacy at the University of Santo Tomas.
          
          Now that I’m back, I’ll be editing my stories at a slower rate than I used to. College demands a lot of time, especially with my chosen program. 
          
          I have no idea what happened here in those three years of my inactivity. I have a bunch of notifs to check out, that’s for sure, and I’m really surprised at how much people are still reading The Silver Throne despite the lack of updates. Thank you all! 
          
          Finally, with regard to the global health crisis, I hope you are all safe. I know we introverts have no problem at all with staying at home. It is our time, my wallflower brethren. Kidding aside, always wash your hands and, yeah, avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. I can’t believe I’m starting to sound like one of those WHO infographics.
