I love the After series by Anna Todd, Cinderella is Dead is one of my faves and True Colors by Kristen Hannah never fails to make me cry...lol..
I love the Driver Era, jxdn, Melanie Martinez and Poppy along with a bit of sad metal anime music. 
One of my guilty pleasures is to watch crime and drama oriented Japanese anime while sipping on some hot chocolate :)
