I did post an announcement in the story itself, but might as well say it here. I'm happy to say I will be picking up "You're my hero" this year. I miss writing, and I'm hoping this eases me back into it. Thank you for your continued interest :)

          I’m sure many of you by now are aware of the political state of the world and how horrible it all is. I was already feeling quite conflicted about continuing my harry potter story and constantly debated its worth (to me). The nail in the coffin (which should’ve come a lot sooner tbh) was having that woman support genocide. I cannot write or even think of these characters without seeing her or some of the actors who supported her. 
          
          All this to say, it’s officially discontinued. I’ll leave it up a bit longer, but it’ll be gone very soon. As for JatNP, that’s still being debated as well. Thank you for the endless love shown to my story, it means the world to me. But the people of Palestine mean more. 
          
          Thank you. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.

Hey everyone! Apologies for the late chapter, I promise I'm working on the story (and will hopefully be updating more than just one chapter).

Genuinely curious, would you guys be interested if I made like an instagram or a tumblr to allow you guys to anonymously ask questions? You don't have to publicly reply, but a quick message or anything would be helpful. I want a way to engage with you guys more and to maybe give you a feel for what I'm going with for these stories.

On a side note, I may or may not consider moving to AO3. I think one of the factors holding me back is I just can't seem to come back to wattpad itself. We'll see, though.

Hey everyone. I don't know if I'll ever be able to rewrite some of my stories. Things have definitely changed, especially my mindset and how I view some of these things. With JatNP, I've outgrown it tremendously, and didn't bother to keep up with the show. With HP, there is just so much problematic media surrounding it and I have some of my own takes that it makes it insufferable at times. 
          
          However. I know what it's like to have an author bail on a story you liked, even loved. I'm not the best author out there nor is my writing going to be incredible, as I haven't written stories I've liked in years. But I will try. You all deserve it and I've kept you waiting long enough. No promises, but the next rewritten chapter of EHC should be up by the end of the week. As for JatNP, expect my story to be incredibly different from whatever narrative there was. Maybe I'm lazy, but at the end of the day, it was a kids show, so I'm giving myself the freedom to rewrite it to my hearts desire. I cannot begin to thank you all for the support over the last few years. You all deserve better.

Is the JatNP fanfiction gonna be rewritten anytime soon? Take the time you need to work on the rewrite :)
