what's with that message on my acc

All users reserve the right to remove any messages I have posted on their boards. All Wattpad users retain the right to delete or manage content on their accounts without unauthorized access or interference by staff or third parties.

Any claims of staff saying "we did listen to his concerns" true but they treated zack like a support ticket and not value him when he was an Ambassador.

ALL OF THIS could've been professionally avoided if the staff listened to zack's concerns.

Excluding spam accounts, trolls, and any users with malicious digital or emotional intentions that threaten Wattpad's property and the safety of its community.

And a day ago I had issues accessing MY account but my sister account was fine and working fine? I'll gladly shush it if it was a technical error or someone manually locked my account too. Please remember those are are different and not the same 

Zack may not be sure if he disclosed his disorder in the application, due to the harm he experienced and related memory difficulties.

Wattpad states: “These Terms of Service are personal to you. You can’t assign, transfer, or sublicense them unless you obtain Wattpad’s prior written consent. Wattpad has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without notice and without your consent.” That is what it says.
            
            I understand and agree with that. However, what about cases involving alleged abuse by Wattpad staff? Are staff members included under the same rules, or are they not obligated to follow the same standards that apply to all Wattpad users?

Why not take all of this private? Indeed, I did. I handled it privately when I was engaged and part of the team. However, after being silenced by one of the authority figures I respected and looked up to, and facing gaslighting tactics from multiple individuals in charge who tried to control the narrative about me, I realized my good intentions were being misunderstood. When I tried to help and support, those in power responded in strategic ways that did not acknowledge my efforts.
            
            Given how the situation was handled, I was left with no choice but to make my account a documentation process to ensure my perspective is not filtered or distorted by others. Some selectively listened and understood, but others chose to see everything as a personal threat to their positions. They had a choice to guide me respectfully, but instead, they chose to act and react differently.
            
            It does not bother me if they are reading this too. They have no leverage, and I am only being respectful. I am not sure why that is a problem when Ambassadors are supposed to represent Wattpad and the community. I am not here to destroy anyone’s personal life. I have my own life, and I have no desire to do that. A friendly reminder for anyone reading: I have a flat tone, and I did not share the details of what happened privately, so I am NOT breaking any protocols here. If I had published a book about it, it may have been reported and removed and may be violating the rules. I respect them, but I do not trust any of the staff now.

At the time, I did not trust the staff or feel secure within the same space as them, which led me to act on my concerns.

To clarify: Any claims regarding my "securing privacy for the program" made to the manager were made in good intentions and were never intended to harm or "hack" any digital property. I was not provided with Terms of Service guidelines during my November 2025 Ambassador training, which left me unaware of how my actions might be perceived as damaging. I only gained a full understanding of Wattpad's safety protocols after being removed from the team, which has led me to better understand the platform’s regulations and digital property handling. Kindly remember there is an audience on Wattpad, including Ambassadors who are neurodivergent or tone sensitive, and they may interpret these situations differently, especially when discussed online.

As someone that got harrassed from ppl here, you ppl doing the same, don't touch anything, don't do anything, and plz man respect everyone here it's mad disgusting behaviour
