@romance_lover16 - Autistic, epileptic, and chronically anxious and depressed, over here.
Ancilla's main characters are autistic. Actually, in all my fiction, assume my characters are coded autistic, because I haven't the faintest idea how to get into the heads of neurotypical characters.
In addition to Ancilla, Morsels: Tales of Love and Passion, a collection of short stories that was recently designated a finalist in the 2025 Passionate Plume Awards, has characters that can be assumed to be on the autistic spectrum. Like Ancilla, it is available commercially. (I look great in print format. Just saying).
Excavations (thank you for reviewing the commercial edition on Reedsy Discovery!) won an Amby in the 2024 Amby Awards in the Poetry category. The commercial edition has material that is not included in the Wattpad edition. On Wattpad, I have two other collections of poetry published: Songs of Summer, Discovered in Autumn and Underneath.
Later this year, I intend on releasing a commercial edition of What Is Told: A Conglomeration of Confabulations, a collection of literary fantasy short stories that I'm working on linking thematically. The work-in-progress of that book has been on Wattpad since Christmas 2024.
If I can get it completed before the end of the year, I'll be launching The Adventures of the Hypotenuse: or, Philosophy in Portland, a spin-off of ancilla that focuses on the experiences of "Lydia," the woman who wanted to be "ancilla's" girlfriend and almost succeeded. I'm not actively promoting that one, though, because so far, I've only written one chapter.
