brandon bernard was killed today, despite last minute pleas, at 9:27 pm in indiana.
keep in mind: he did not commit the crime directly.
he was genuinely regretful - and im pretty sure the court knew that too.
on top of that, even the panel of judges who declared it on him years ago asked to spare him.
he was a reformed person, it was obvious that he didnt deserve to fucking die.
if his execution wasnt enough proof to you that the system is unfair as shit, idk what to do with you anymore.
please, please, please do not post anything today that isnt of relevance to him out of respect.
- he deserved so much better.
