Joey Ruff (1981-present) grew up in Flint, Michigan and now lives in Franklin, Tennessee. His first novel, The Dark Communion, is the first in a planned series of ten books. Book two of the Midnight Defenders will be released in 2013. A young adult fantasy book, title Connor, is also in the works and planned to release in 2013.
