and it was so frustrating because i had absolutely no control in the matter. it was like whoever made the universe just stamped something my head and said “this is who you are. there's no going back; no changing.” it wasn't fair, but it was real. it was happening...and yet, i couldn't do anything about it- excerpts from a story i will never write 6//i kept trying anyway

i think one of the biggest issues with humans is that when we say “i'll love you forever” it doesn't mean everything it should. there are complications. just because i'll love you for so long doesn't mean you'll do the same for me, or that you ever did. it doesn't mean that we'll be together that long, either. but, being humans, we assume. and we hope- excerpts from a story i will never write 5//aliens are lucky
