remember if you were good before you can be good after! There's never a cloud that doesn't pass over! There is never a rain that doesn't cease. And most importantly a plant only grows if it takes in a few drops of rain! Keep your chin up, flower! Soon you will bloom like you never imagined

You won't know he lesson until you taken the test. Remember those who feel like they're all alone find the greatest of friends after. The greatest burdens help you realize that even the smallest acts of kindness feel good. In other words even though your problems seem terrible it will only emphasize the happiness you will feel when this all passes over

You're strong. So strong that even someone as low as that can't break you. You are a warrior. A survivor. People like you and me have gone through things that would break us if we weren't so strong. I've learned to see that when something breaks you and you are able to build yourself up again you can only be stronger than you were before.
