Hey Sam, 
          look i know you might be pissed or upset at the fact i didnt talk to you, but i want you to know that its nothing got to do with you. the amount of anger i was dealing with was nothing like normal. it wasnt  the norm pmsing anger i do. it wass soemthing you never seen me with and i avoided you and the other girls simply becasue i didnt want to you guys to know that when something like what happens does, i can be a monster, do stuff that are stupid and think of really fucked up shit.. 
          i know you wanted to help and i love that and also appreciate that but you need to understand that this issue is something no one knows about i mean no one
          not you not dolphin not shark not anybody at all. and the only way for me to calm down is by avoiding everybody... im not angry at you when i do that.. pleases understand..
          even if i wanted to tell you , i cant... nor can i tell why im sorry..
