One morning, she woke up different.

 Deplored...

 She fell once. She tried to get up but she fell again and again. But she did not stop. She was determined to touch the sky. She was determined to feel the clouds beneath her fingertips. But her determination started to quiver when she kept on falling. 

 She nearly gave up but then someone extended his hand towards her. New hope arose within her as she placed her hand gently upon his hand. He wrapped his fingers around hers and gently tugged her hand trying to get her up on her own feet. She was about to touch the sky and live her dreams in front of her own eyes. She was about to fly and be free! 
 
 Or that was what she thought. With an evil glint in his eyes, just when she was about to rise and live her dreams, he let her go. A sense of hurt and betrayal flashed across her eyes as he let herself fall yet again. And this time it hurt, hard. She watched herself, let herself shatter into tiny pieces. She let herself break. She gave up on her dreams. She gave up on herself.
