Hi there!  I am a preschool teacher by day and a romance writer by any-chance-I-get.  My first romance novella-A Girl Like You-was written in the backseat of my soccer mom minivan during my lunch hour.  When I'm not teaching, mom-ing, or writing, I'm likely to be found indulging my obsession with all things Disneyland.  

I never thought I would like historical romance novels (even I thought of them as your stereotypical "bodice rippers,") but ever since I accidentally checked out The Naked Duke by Sally MacKenzie from the library, thinking it was a contemporary, I've been hooked.  My favorite author is Julia Quinn, which is probably why I also write sassy, stubborn heroines and sarcastic, eyebrow-raising heroes.  (Sassy and stubborn are much easier character traits to deal with in fictional characters than in my own "three-nager.")
