Sorry for the late update; that last chapter just refused to be written. It's done now, though, if you want to check it out :)

@Mason_Skye Ohhh, thank you so much! This is an older draft (I've fixed a few things, but not much) so it probably won't be updated any more, sorry ^^' It depends on how things turn out. I'd love to publish it one day. But honestly, your comment made me gush! Thank you so much!

PS. No, I didn't draw the cover, but I really should make a new one seeing as it's not my art (I edited it a little but still)

PPS. Seeing as this is an old draft which I won't be publishing any more and I have a new draft in the works, I would be up to do some critique swaps if you're up for it!

Another reason I like AoB so much is that it's something that I can't do, even though I've contemplated over it many times; to take one of my favorite games—one that I've written six one-shots about—and make it a full-blown book.

You do well. You really do. :D

@max81968 It does take a lot of dedication. I started writing a Marvel Loki fanfiction way back when I was only getting into it. Frankly, it was terrible, but it got me a lot of feedback and set me up for writing more important projects. Don't dive in too quickly, and save your earlier writing for yourself: that's what I did. Then again, different people write in different ways. That's just what I did.
Even if you're just writing one-shots, at least you're writing. At times they can be easier, more enjoyable and even better than a full-fledged novel.
Whatever you do, make sure you enjoy it.
And thank you for the feedback <3 It means a lot; it really does.

>Makes epic book
          >Gets 400 reads

          >Makes cliché Shawn Mendes fanfic
          >Gets 4,000,000 reads

This is why I find AoB great. It's the embodiment of undiscovered, right down to the point where it's such a gem that it's worth taking a look at when it is discovered.

@max81968 Aw, thank you so much! I find that annoying too, and it can be misleading. You find a fanfic with an interesting premise and a couple million reads; of course you think it's going to be good. But no, it sounds like it's written by a three year old with as much knowledge about writing as a fetus.
Anyway, thanks for the follow! I'm really glad you're enjoying AoB so far. It means a lot to me :)

WAHAY! Ace of Blades has reached 300 reads. Thank you all who read, voted or commented: your feedback means the world to me.
          Happy reading and writing,

@abby727ad Ooh, yes, pretty much spot on ;) I plan to introduce Erondur before chapter 10, if the story actually sticks to my plans for once.

Glad you like the new blurb. The other one was a little too long and not quite... Hookish enough, if you know what I mean. It didn't quite draw readers in. I still like it (it was a tough decision whether or not to stick with that one or use the new one) but I think the new one is more effective. I'll do as you ask, though: I still have the old one saved.

@abby727ad *facepalm* Ignore that last question... It says in the summary who he is. Hehe. I'm a pleb.

@KeziaOfAsgard Thank you!
(And how'd you know about Erondur?)
