A continuous knock on the left side of my brain irritated me. It was the hammer and wood that would stop me from hearing the outer world, but the sound was nothing compared to what I heard inside the brain. The incessant pounding echoed through my skull, drowning out any other sound. It felt as though a construction crew had set up shop inside my head, relentlessly working away. The internal symphony of chaos and cacophony was far more disconcerting than the physical disturbance caused by the hammer and wood. 
          
          I walked as I saw the moon in bright light; the shine of its own was missing for sure, but it was visibly present. It almost felt surreal to see it. The clouds around it covered the beauty it had, but the moon was still able to leave an impression of its own. I laughed as I saw the children running here and there and tripping out of nowhere. Their laughter filled the air, blending with the sounds of construction and creating a unique melody amidst the chaos. It was a reminder that even in the midst of disorder, there was still joy to be found.
