I love science fiction novels, as well as reading up on history. Quite the opposites I know, but my interests are quite varied. My favorite part about writing is creating a world. It sounds cliche but the page really is an open canvas. You could write up a world with a green sky and it would be perfectly normal. What about spiky one legged cats, or a planet with gravity that changes every five minutes? There are no rules except what you are unable to come up with.
