Well we've reached the end of Scent of her Tormented Mind. As much as I am grateful to all my readers here on Wattpad, it doesn't pay the bills. I know that writing novels is my purpose in life so I am ready to move on to a traditional publisher. I will leave this copy up for the time being as a first draft while my editor and I go through the editing process but then I will be taking it down. I know there will be those who may be disappointed or even angry at my decision, and I understand. I've been there. I wish we lived in a non-capitalist society where art could be free, but sadly we do not. Again I appreciate you all so much. I hope you're having a good day,

Thank you for the follow, I appreciate it. I gather by your name you suffer from the same thing that torments your characters.
          
          I have had cluster headaches since about 1990. I have to take anti-seizure medication daily to control them, so I totally sympathize with you and the characters. 8-)
          
          Need to read your other story next!

@madtad1 I do. I have had chronic migraine for almost 7 years and I firmly believe there needs to be much more disability and chronic illness/chronic pain representation that is actually written by people with chronic pain/illness/disability. I'm so glad you've been able to find a character you relate to in Brooke, as I intended. It makes me so glad to see this post. Not glad that you have cluster headaches, obviously, but glad that I'm accomplishing my goal of giving people in our situation stories that we can actually relate to and see ourselves in. If I do get the 5 likes I will absolutely write that vampire story. I'm pretty excited about the idea, I even bought a lesbian vampire sticker for my laptop lol.
