Hello, I go for science fiction, horror, and my favorite stories have both. I also like fantasy and my most hated genre is romance. I had a good English teacher, and I hate people who not only can't do English writing well despite having spellcheck and beta readers available to them, but refuse to improve.
I think 98% of the content here is garbage, and I will tell you if I think your work is part of the 98% before moving on, but I will probably spent a lot more time looking for/worshipping the 2%.
