Crimson goes still for a moment, then lets out a quiet, almost tired sigh. “Who says I'm doin’ nothin’, sweetheart?” He straightens his coat, eyes half-lidded, calculating as ever. “While loud idiots are pickin’ fights and fallin’ into pits, I'm buildin’ empires. Deals. Territory. Power.” His gaze slides back to hers. “Excitement’s for people who don't plan to last.” A faint smirk pulls at his lips. “I ain't tryin’ to feel alive. I'm tryin’ to own the place.”

He lets out a low chuckle, adjusting his cuffs with deliberate calm. “Oh, sweetheart… threats sound much prettier when they've got teeth to back them up.” His gaze lifts, slow and assessing, voice smooth as venom. “So go on. Show me somethin' worth being careful over.”
