@ sleepweeby Yeah, if they're literally writing a comment on the first chapter, it's more than obvious (on YT they're usually using a profile pic with tits or an as*s (ー_ー;) and ragebait profiles on Twitch are always only a few days old as well)
            
            But I don't blame you for falling for it, bc the problem with those scams is, that they're constantly evolving and "learning"... if you wait a few years, they'll be like any other comment and almost impossible to distinguish ！Σ(￣□￣;)

@AstarosheAstarte How I confirm it beyond the generic comment format they use is by checking their profile, most of the time their new users and sometimes someone will be questioning something in their conversations. Plus, if they comment on the first chapter about the book being amazing, like, you'd put that at the end not the start if you had read it ಠಿ⁠ヮ⁠ಠ
            
            I did almost fall for one recently though, as they started with an initial comment of a pretty generic question that actually had something to do with the last chapter in which they'd chose to comment on, only giving me their spiel once I had replied, I felt so silly and now I'm just cautious of any comment from users I haven't seen interact with my book.

@sleepweeby 1) writers block can be a btch sometimes lol, I had to temporarily discontinue one of my books cuz of it, and 2) dw, you're good! I can't wait to read the next chapter, no pressure!

            As for the five days, that would be wattpad stating the last date in which I remotely touched the book, five days being when I last added to the next chapter. Whereas it was June 29th that I published the last chapter (⁠^⁠～⁠^⁠;⁠)⁠ゞ Which, admittedly, is too long, and I can only apologise for that. 
            
            I have already gotten an apology written within the next chapter that provides some information towards the delay, however, I am happy to answer your queries now. 
            
            The current issue I am facing with the chapter is writers block, however, earlier it was due to making plans with a friend to go abroad and having to start the application process for my first ever passport which is still ongoing. Alongside that I have my usual hours of work and my WiFi changed, but I will hopefully be able to complete the chapter soon and provide the long overdue update (⁠〒⁠﹏⁠〒⁠)

@sleepweeby Hi, I believe I was the person who wrote the message! I said something along the lines of "why has it been so long since you posted for 'My problem child'? The epilogue/second book I mean. You don't have to answer if you don't want to" and some other stuff. I deleted it since I looked and saw that it only had been 5 days since you updated it, and my memory disorder was just acting up lol
