binding tips for people who aren’t allowed to have binders or closeted (hey me too):
wear a regular cupping bra, wear a sports bra and stack shirts over it, don’t do this during the summertime. don’t do any strenuous activities while doing so, either, and make sure to take breaks.
i did the shirt stacking one, and though i still have a bump, (i’m DD so i think no matter how hard i try they will always still be seen), i feel so much better than i did before
