I was going through my notes and randomly found this…

you’re always there for them whenever they need you, but whenever you need them most, oh look they disappear into thin air. But the one time someone who has always been there for you falls apart, you can’t help but just helplessly watch them fall apart and then you feel guilty not being able to do anything about it and then you hate yourself; you hate that you feel all of these things when in reality… you feel like you are the problem and that you shouldn’t be allowed to feel these things. You distance yourself from them—the one person you truly love who loves you back— because it’s all just getting worse and you hate the fact that you can’t stop it or control your own feelings and it’s all just mental chaos. And you can’t help but drown… in your own feelings and thoughts and you want it to stop. You want to feel happy, you want to be able to talk to people and live in the moment without zoning out but as soon as you DO live in the moment, you catch yourself, and then it all goes back to square one.
