Hello I’ve ordered McDonald’s like a few minutes ago and im feeling really weird cuz it’s been like 16minutes and I’ve seen ppl who ordered after me get their food so maybe they forgot about me idk I’m overthinking someone pls help

Y’all I need help I’m on day two of the monthly and my intestines are being shredded and my dads at work so I can’t force him to make me food cuz I just woke up and my mum is probs sleeping cuz she had a Night Shift so now I’m curled up in bed and dying while writing this in pain
