Murielle Gingras holds a certificate in Personal Support Work from Georgian College and studied English and Creative Writing at York University. In 2014, she won a Watty Award for Interactive Storytelling and later served as a Community Ambassador on Wattpad for three years. Her paranormal mystery series, The Deerborn Series, earned second place in Inkitt's Turn Off the Lights contest and was published in 2022 by Galatea, Inkitt's sister platform.
Her poetry has been recognized by Dreamers Creative Writing Magazine, where her piece -ed received Honourable Mention in the 2024 Sense of Place & Home contest. She is the author of Minute Taker, As She Wonders, and Obscure Tales for Odd People, all self-published between 2023 and 2024.
She currently works as a Direct Service Worker in rural Ontario, supporting individuals with disabilities. When not writing, she can be found curled up with a book, wandering through the woods, or overanalyzing TV shows with her pets beside her.
