Wattpad removed my book. I'm upset because it was doing so well.
          	Sorry to anyone who was reading it! 
          	I'm beginning to hate this platform!

@smut4u2 if there was spice between characters under 18 that's why it was removed since they chsnged the ToS a while back. I've seen lots of books get removed for that reason.

@smut4u2 Self-publishing is my choice too. I used to be a published novelist and lyrist in my native language, but had huge issues with the publisher when he found out I'm gay (my published books weren't gay-themed), I won't attempt another traditional publishing experience. Someday, I'll put all my works online on Kindle or another platform for free or for a couple of peanuts, and that's it. I don't have time to write anything new anyway.
          	  With traditional publishing, you suffer and you get 10 to 12% of royalties, and they leaf through your work like an exhibit in a courthouse. Thank goodness, self-publishing exists.
          	  
          	  I really don't have time to play around with 18-24 hour-long shifts. I can't even read a book in one setting. Adulthood sucks big time.

@TheGayAuthor Although I don't know much about it, I probably will look into self publishing after a lot more reading and writing. I think I agree with your husband about wattpad.  Maybe it's okay if you're just playing around, but not for serious work.
