Hi, need help from my followers!

I want to read this book that I have read before, but now I cannot seem to find it. I think it was called “And he’s back”, but I’m not sure.

Anyway. I think it starts with the female lead driving into a car. The driver of the other car turns out to be a former childhood friend. He has moved back to the town, and I think he is a cop. I din’t remember the name of either of them, but I think the author made a point out of her hair being curly and untidy a lot of the time. They end up forming a romantic relationship. The guy is a friend of the girls brother. Her brother has got a family and kids. She has a bad relationship with her mother, and her father abandoned her as a child. At one point in the book, there is an explosion at the school where the female lead works. She gets injured and the cop guy arrive at the school. She helps some kids out, but some die. Her mother says that she will never find a partner and their relationship is a big point in the book.

Anyone read it and knows where I can find it again?
          	Thanks!

The book is really good, but it is so annoying that I can’t find it!

Towards the end of the book, the girls mother sets her up on a date. The guy is the mayors son, and he is really rude towards her and calls her something really bad. I think she slaps him and she ends up having this big fight with her mother. Later the male lead confesses his feelings at a baseball pitch where the girl used to go with her father.

Heyy ! My name is Scarlet and I’ve been working really hard on my new story CHASING RIVER.❤️ it would mean the absolute world to me if you could please check it out for me. As a new writer it’s really hard to get people to read your stories genuinely so I really appreciate it. I would be more than willing to read your stories in return if you have any❤️xx
