Soooooo I've been grounded for this whole week. I still am but I'm allowed to have one of my phones. This is the one I will be able to receive messages and stuff on. (For now.)

I had therapy yesterday and I told my therapist about my “thoughts” and she made me do an evaluation or something like that to see if I needed to be hospitalized. We had to drive an hour and a half to a hospital. They were going to put me in impatient care to make sure I don’t harm myself. I had the choice of either staying in impatient care or going home. I obviously chose going home. My parents had to hide the knives and literally anything sharp from me. I’m not ok right now but I will be eventually.
