A while back I discovered that a 'writer' on Wattpad, dreamer609, had stolen one of the stories I posted on Booksiesilk in 2012. She changed the name but copied it word for word. Two of her other stories looked suspicious and they turned out to be written by two other BooksieSilk writers. Then it turns out she stole ALL her stories and her username. There is a Dreamer609 on Booksie who has nothing to do with the plagiarist and was herself a victim, having her username and two stories stolen!

I am posting the story that was plagiarised, 'The Palace Guard' here. I might as well since I'm the one who actually wrote it.

Readers - please read critically and don't blindly consume anything in front of you as being genuine. Dreamer609 had hundreds of fans who posted messages gushing about what a fantastic writer she was, but she had written NONE of the stories. If a writer posts stories that are vastly different in style and accuracy then question them!
